When I dropped off my photos, I was told a two day turn-around, which was fine since I was getting some 8x10 reprints from negatives. Was twice told that they weren't ready and when they finally were finished a week later, I picked them up and found that they had changed the balance/contrast/brightness and even gone so far as to blow-out the whites on some of the black and whites. Color pictures were also evidently desaturated from their original prints. Both times I went in to the store (I called the other times) I watched the manager get into an argument, and a shouting match, with two separate employees. On top of all of that, the place is a photo studio and doesn't accept credit cards. I won't be bringing any other photo jobs here ever, terrible service.
