We have been processing with this company for three years now and We are finding quite the opposite to all the complaints given below. We have been in business now for just over thirty years and been with several credit card processors. With that said, in dispute to the comments listed below of monies being held, this is part of accepting credit cards. I am glad that United Payment Services has a risk department that keeps their eye out for potential fraud. As for hidden fees, our agent described everything on the contract. If there were hidden fees then your agent failed to describe them to you. Not all agents are honest, but the company is great to deal with and We are glad we are with United Payment Services.
