The first time I heard about this salon, I was impressed. Their original location is in Santa Barbara, CA and boasts a long list of celebrity clients. I decided to give the Dallas location a try, and I loved it! The salon has a nice atmosphere with high ceilings and a modern, luxurious interior. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a receptionist who was friendly and attitude-free (which is incredibly rare for Uptown). I was also offered a drink when I arrived, but I didn't get one this time. I then met my amazing stylist, Lindsey, who listened to all my concerns and gave me the perfect haircut! The side-swept bangs were exactly as I wanted them and all the layers draped gorgeously - I couldn't stop grinning as she put in the finishing touches. With the high-class location, atmosphere, and quality of stylists, you'd expect to pay an arm and a leg, but that's not the case. A shampoo, cut, and blow-out was only $60. I will definitely be returning! :)
