On one visit, the crab legs were skimpy, expensive and clearly damaged in freezing as to be tasteless. The prime rib was overdone. But my wife likes the soup and salad, so we went back. On this visit, we asked why we had to wait when there were so many empty tables. ""5 table per server rule,"" we were told. When we said it was silly for us to sit on a bench rather than at a table, the owner said, ""Why are you complaining about waiting two minutes."" (we'd waited more than 10 at this point) When we said maybe he should have more servers, he told us to leave and never come back.
