Beware! If you are looking for a new car this is one of those ""how much do you want to pay each month"" places. No matter what your question is, the front line salesperson will want you to come to the office for an answer. You want to see how it is supposed to be done go to Primeaux Kia in Tulsa because that is where we finally would up. Now, one exception at Ferguson that I can endorse is the parts department where I have had multiple visits to help prop up my old Grand Am. They were always helpful and professional, and, they treat you like a grownup! But, I just cannot abide a car dealership where they insist on controlling your car purchase process. It must work with some people or otherwise they wouldn't do it, but if you just want your questions answered, and time to make your own decision don't bother with this place. imho2u
