Iesi wants costumers to pay three months up front for yard waste in the winter months knowing that generally most people never have yard waste throughout the winter. That being said, they should give a credit or 2 months free during the rest of the year for paying for service used only once or twice during the winter months. Garbage technicians need to be more mindful when emptying the trash not to destroy your dumpster and pick up the trash that they spill on lawns and streets.
