If there was a way to rate this business less than one star, I would. The staff is incredibly rude and unknowledgeable about their own policies. They ruined one of my favorite skirts, and refused to accept any responsibility for it or even apologize. If you want your clothes returned to you the same size and quality you left them, I wouldn't recommend visiting this cleaners or their home store (New Way Cleaners on Hillsboro in Green Hills). I can't say enough about how awful my experience was with this business.
