Employees seem uninterested in helping you. Management is rude. If you are Korean this is a great place to shop because you will get special treatment, However if you aren't then you will be treated badly. I own a cleaning company and heard about this place from a customer. I figured i'd try them out. When I got there I was ignored and i had to ask for help. Was told that I needed to get my own paper from the back which I was fine with until I saw that same person helping an Asian guy. They even helped him load it into his car! I was never offered that kind of service! It seems that if you are a minority other than Asian you are not welcome there. I will never go back and will tell others not to either!
Pros: If you are Asian GREAT SERVICE!
Cons: Expensive products,Rude employees, Discrimination, Bad place to shop period.
