Don't deal with Secured Funding. They helped my father steal my identity and signed my loan papers. They knew I was in ohio and they sent the papers to florida to my other home. They also sent the check to florida which they knew I was in ohio. They said they couldn't send the check to ohio. So they pretty much helped my dad steal $65,000.
Pros: no pros
Cons: They are very shadey, don't care abour the customers financial security, or who signs your paperwork.
