We saw Dr. James today for the first time. My son, who is 8, had very difficult times with 2 other pediatric dentists and were unsuccessful with cleanings. We went to see Dr. James today, thinking that my son would simply meet Dr. James, with the hope that he would be comfortable there for a future cleaning. All I can say is that Dr. James made my son feel so comfortable that we not only met with Dr. James, but Dr. James was able to give me son a complete cleaning! Dr. James made every attempt to connect with my son, show him his office and even let him test the instruments. He truly followed the lead of my son. By the end, my son did not want to leave. I am still in disbelief that my son's visit went so well. His waiting room is geared for all ages, which is nice since my son is 8. And his staff was just as nice and willing to do whatever it took to make my son comfortable. Thank you Dr. James -- you have changed a boy from one who was genuinely fearful of dentists to one that now is happy to go and can't wait to show you when his tooth comes out!
