As a general rule, I think ice cream is a waste of calories. Several friends had mentioned Dominion to me, but I hadn't tried it until someone mentioned that they carry cardamom ice cream. I am a huge fan of cardamom, so I had to give it a try. I sampled several of the flavors, and ice cream was redeemed for me! Donna, the owner, is one of the sweetest people I have ever met and she remembers all of her return customers. Although cardamom still holds a special place in my heart, the sweet potato ice cream and ginger snap cookie are fantastic as well. I am a health nut, so it makes me happy knowing that each scoop is only 100 calories. My friends who aren't health conscious love it too! Everyone wins!
