It was a Friday night at 8:30 and the restaurant was dead. They served me broken pasta that looked like it was stuck to the bottom of the pan. The food was bland and very over priced (27 dollars for one chewy scallop and two over cooked shrimp). Even the crab cakes, that the waiter highly recommended, were lacking something and the rice tasted like it came out of a box. If you are looking for a nice quality meal, then I would recommend staying clear of Totaro's Restaurant.
