Loving this Upscale Southern Cooking 2/19/2009

Just had their cajun pork tenderloin with the voodoo sauce and goat cheese. YUM! And those collards are better than my grandmas (may she rest in peace). I suggest getting the whipped sweet potatoes instead of the red beans and rice (to cool off that voodoo sauce). And the brownie sundae is SO rich. My partner always get the salt and pepper ribeye. I always get the Grilled Chicken Salad with spinach for lunch. And I just saw that the owners of Lucky 32 are a semi-finalist for ""Restaurateur of the Year"" award for 2009 from James Beard Foundation. That's like the oscars for restaurants, and there are only 20 semi-finalists in the entire country. Impressed. Pros: Great ambience, friendly servers, generous portions Cons: Easy to drive by if you don't know where they are! more
