The Mad Greek has recently undergone many changes! Some of our old favorites were gone, but we were able to find things that we liked even more. We decided that with all of the changes we would share everything for expierence sake so we started off with the mussels and baba ghanouj. Personally, I think the baba is the best in town! The mussels were excellent with just the right amount of coconut to add that little extra flavor. For our main courses we decided on the Malabar seafood curry and the Hanger Steak. Trust me we were not disappointed with these decisions. (even though they were not our first choice because of the ""ousted"" items) I had never had Hanger Steak and was greated with a very knowlegable server who was able to answer the questions I had. ( do YOU know why it's called Hanger steak) The dish was absolutely wonderful. It is served with a beef and bulgar wheat stuffed onion! I couldn't have been happier with this dish. The malabar seafood curry was a dance of flavors in my mouth! I loved the way the scallops and the shrimp floated around an island of rice in a sea of curry sauce!! It not only tasted divine it was a beautiful presentation of food! We usually get dessert, but after trying so many wonderful things we didn't have any room!
