I just ran across this review sight while I was searching for some Lenox Village info online...I see the last post from Donny Walker was a long time ago, so I doubt he will see this, but I sure hope so. Donny...you, sir, are full of it. I could sit here and type and type all of the things that have gone wrong with this place since the day I moved in...from the sales rep..to the construction manager..to the warranty/repair department..to talking with you in person on several occasions....but Im not going to the trouble. Getting all of my warranty issues fixed before my first year was up and trying to deal with you people has been exhausting enough....BUT I WILL say this....in my personal experience trying to deal with you Mr. Walker, I can say first hand that everything you just typed in your message is BS. Im not going into details here, and believe me Donny, neither you or Regent want me to....but I would never recommend doing business with ANYONE who works for Regent. And by the way, as far as the phone call survey thing, I did that survey and gave a bad review to Regent....and I never received a single phone call from them asking what they could do to make things better. They are way in over their heads here folks.....they operate like amateurs....Now they are going to rent places out here, like they said they never would...these folks cannot be trusted. Period.
