I would not want my worst enemy to buy a house in any of the subdivisions that Regent Homes builds. Their work is inferior and the staff is unprofessional. As soon as you sign the dotted line at the closing, don't even think about ever getting anything fixed ever again. They will come up with every excuse they can think of so they don't have to fix problems with your house. I agree with the last poster too. If you ever have to deal with that guy named Donnie, I feel sorry for you b/c he is very rude and unprofessional. Don't expect much from this company. And also, all these positive reviews are just phony reviews placed by Regent Homes, how sad that the company would have to do that.
Cons: House is built inferior. Staff are rude after you buy!!
