What happened to Archibald's? Dined there Monday Feb 23 and in the past they served good food at a reasonable price. Now prices have increased significantly and quality has dropped off the charts. Ordered Teriyaki Stir Fry with steak. Looked like they found a few scraps of beef and beef fat for starters then added thin sliced squash that was overcooked that went well with the al dante carrots and other veggies. Worst of all was the under cooked rice. Rice shouldn't crunch when eaten. Would have complained but as we don't intend to return what would be the point. This probably explains the nearly empty parking lot and restaurant.
Pros: Nice enough staff
