Poor Customer Service - Lack of accountablility for damage to car 2/13/2009

This car wash shattered my rear view mirror. Not once did I hear ""We are sorry."" The owner pointed me to a sign and basically said ""we are not responsible because you should have folded in your mirror"". Every car wash I've been to taught their employees to fold in mirrors and take off antennas. This car wash did not even train the most basic aspect of customer service --at least give an apology when damage is done. Pros: Honestly, the car wash offers decent value. Reasonable price and free self vaccuum. Cons: The poor customer service experience is frustrating. more
