Car was rear ended New Years Eve and then vandialized two weeks later. Everyday for weeks I called and was put on hold for hours at a time. When the phone was picked up, I was put back on hold or either hung up on. I finally get a answer and do what they ask of me. I was informed by my adjuster, I could take my car where ever I wanted to have it fixed. They bidded the repairs low, are trying to make me take my vehicle to their shop and now refuse to pay what they quoted me. I hope the ohter insurance company will pay for the collision and fight AAC for their money. I will contiue to fight for the vandialism. I wish I would have read these reviews before I signed with them.
Cons: This agency needs to be put out of business!!!!!
