After reading these reviews, I got a little confused. I thought that I had posted a review myself. What everyone has said here is exactly what I am going through with this blasted company right now. From the type of accident I was involved in, to what horrendous things their claims agent tells you about their client's ""story"", how the accident is somehow partly my fault now too (even though it clearly was not and I have a police report to prove it) and how they are only offering to pay me 50% of their ridiculously low estimate which was less than half of the estimate that I got on my own prior to seeing their adjuster. And now, of course, I cannot even get a hold of their claims agent to discuss this some more. Unbelievable! I will not back down from this. I just want them to do what insurance companies are supposed to do and pay for all of the expenses that resulted from this accident.
