alex; owner is dishonest. he has lied to several brides about catering deals and then at the last minute changing his terms and pricing. when i made a complaint to the midwest bridal association, they were not surprised. apparently, there has been an incredible amount of compaints about him already! i attended the devos place bridal show and was told by alex that i had won two free appetizers. i questioned this in a phone conversation asking what strings were attatched and making it clear to him that i would not be using his company for any of my catering needs. he assured me that i was not required to use his catering company in order to receive the free apps. we exchanged a couple emails and in response to my final email letting him know the items i chose, he suddenly changed his mind telling me i had to use his business and off the cuff started rambling about it. i am a former business owner who would never dream of using trickery or dishonesty to drum up business. this put me behind schedule in terms of my wedding planning. reflections catering.........THUMBS DOWN!
