I have been a regular for years, because of the decent food. But lately the service has been going downhill. The waitresses constantly whine about the slow kitchen staff. And yet, for some reason the food lately has been served cold. Maybe the kitchen is slow, but if the waitresses jumped in and helped out once in a while instead of gossiping at the end of the bar, maybe they wouldn't have so many unhappy patrons (and trust me, we were far from the only frustrated customers in the place). This is one regular who will no longer frequenting this establishment. My recommendation is to order take out so you don't have to deal will the staff execpt to order and check out (food is ready in about 20-30 minutes for takeout 60-80 mintues if you dine in).
