My mother and I purchased a dining room set from them recently. The set was delivered on a Saturday, but two of the chairs were assembled incorrectly. (They are uneven. We almost didn't notice until we set up the chairs around the table.) I called the salesman Monday twice. Was told two new chairs would arrive Friday. My mother waited all day Friday, at 2pm she said no one came. Called at 2:30pm, the salesman promised to return the call in 30 minutes, never did. Will not shop there again. We will have to repair the chairs ourselves.
