Shaping Concepts has made me feel so much more energetic and motivated during the week!!! I know that Tina will have a detailed training session ready for me each Tuesday/Thursday and that I will learn how to properly do each exercise while conditioning myself for the right amount of weight. Also, it has made me realize how important it is to eat healthy and all the options there are out there to a great meal that is not loaded in calories and fat. Shaping Concepts is exactly what I needed to get back on track to better myself not just physically but mentally too.
