I've rented with U-Save multiple times, and didn't have a problem until my most recent reservation. I cancelled a reservation, was assured that it was cancelled, and then two weeks later an unused vehicle charge appeared on my credit card. I called again and there was no reasoning with the manager. If they get it right, they're fine. If something goes wrong, don't expect them to do anything to make the customer satisfied. more
