I paid extra for furniture cleaning before my hubby came home from a long extended corporate trip. The cleaner came by with his grandson, who I fed and let him use my computer to keep his occupied. The furniture smelled liked dirty dishwasher and looked just as bad as before he came. When I called to have it re-done, it took them 3 weeks to get back to me, of which they complained about me, but took no responsibility about their lack of service.
Pros: On-time and checking in to confirm times.
Cons: Inferior products, inferior service, and doesn't care about if you aren't satisfied like their 30 day warranty says.
