I stopped in for 2 cups of soup to go, and 30 minutes later, I was still waiting for my soup. Several people came in after me and got their food, but I was still waiting. I asked about my order, but still no soup! Finally I got back in the line by the cash register to ask one more time before I abandoned all hope, and low and behold there was my soup, right next to the lady at the register, where it had been for some time while she was chatting and checking out other customers who had already eaten. She just ""forgot"" to call my name - for 15 minutes or more! Finally, I took my cold soup and went home. It's too bad that the service is so terrible at this place because the food was ok for a place that you have to stand in line to order (and stand in line 2 times more to actually get your food). If you have a day with nothing else to do for a few hours, you may want to give it a try!
