I am relatively new at Easy Fitness, about six months and I have to say that I am so glad I found this place. I relocated here to CA with a very stressful job, jumping airplanes, eating poorly, fatigued, and overweight. At 50 and in this bad shape I decided I needed to make a change as this was all going in a very bad direction. Since being in the program my stress level has dropped dramatically, I have lost 10 lbs., dropped a full dress size and my cholesterol has dropped 35 points. My strength has increased and my posture has also improved. The trainers are great and they get my life and what I am trying to achieve with my career. They teach me strategies for nutrition and exercise that I can work in with my job that will get me to a place where I can be healthier and have more energy to accomplish my goals. This place has been my greatest find since coming to CA and I highly recommend them.
