My husband and I had dinner here on a Saturday night. The place looked busy, so I was instantly questioning if our reservation would be kept. To our surprise, we were promptly seated, on time to a cozy table next to the fireplace. Our server Marcella, was very attentive throughout the meal- refilling water, we had fresh clean silverware for each course! The wine list was very impressive, glad to see that someone is supporting the local wineries. The food was fantastic. We each had a house salad, which was the perfect size since we were both enjoying full entrees. I ordered the chicken, which was incredibly moist and filling-a full breast and wing. My husband enjoyed the Ribeye. His steak was perfectly cooked and juicy. For dessert we had the carrot cake, again moist and delicious. Perfectly paired with honey cinnamon ice cream and mulberry sauce. Our experience at Preservation Kitchen was one to remember, we will definitely be back very soon.
