My mother and I visited Palisadium last month and honestly speaking, we were both quite disappointed at the experience. We were greeted by the wedding manager (Suzie or Suzy Ahn??) whom we did not understand half of what she was saying. She spent a long time convincing us to sign the contract, yet she didn't explain the terms clear enough. When we asked to speak to someone else, we were refused. We just had no choice but to sit with her the whole time!! My mom was not happy with the experience, although we did think highly of the area.
