Jason is the one you speak to about loans.. This 'man' is SO ignorant I dont even know what to say about him. He is rude (kept answering his cell phone to his wife in the middle of our meeting) I needed to speak with him about my taxes I had to ask 1 Real Quick Question.. the checker girl said 'have a seat I will let him know you need to speak with him and he will be there in a minute' I sit down and wait.. the window to his office is see through so I could see him ignoring me.. he was on his cell phone Again leaned back then he gets off his phone and is on the computer and messes around with something.. he keeps walking out of his office and printing out things (has to walk right past me to get to the printer) I sat for over 10 minutes then I notified the check that I am still waiting for him and just had a question.. she goes back in and again he says ok and gets back on his cell phone!! he had No one in the office, knew I had one simple question, kepts doing his work as if no one was there waiting. I cannot believe he has his job after treating New customers like this.. I eventually walked up to the guy in the office next to him and asked him the question.. and he tells me.. 'i'm sorry about jason.. I am free and can help you'. Jason is the mortgage guy from **** and you Do Not want to work with him (he messed up our paper work as well)
Pros: We will be refinancing soon through someone else
Cons: Jason is RUDE and should not have a job for the way he treats the customers who give them business to give him a paycheck!
