On Friday, September 19, 2008 Benjamin Catering hosted the wedding of Anna Leath and her husband Liberty at Smak Mellon Studios 92 Plymouth Street Brooklyn, NY. The team Chef Marty Markowitz and Greg Henry, Director of Catering did a great job of staging the event. The 125 guests arrived at 6pm for a 6:30 ceremony and reception to follow. The transition from ceremony to reception was seamless. Not only did the catering staff design the room for the wedding ceremony, they re-configured the room during the cocktail hour for the dinner without disruption.
