Unprofessional support. Shop was incapable of balancing new tires and wheels. I purchased new tires and three follow-up visits with no success in tire shake. I have since visited another Goodyear dealer on Harding Blvd in Roseville where they evaluated tires and replaced under warranty at no cost. Too bad Just Tires was too short sited to evaluate the big picture of faulty tires. To top it off, one of the Just Tires employees sat in the vehicle without a cover and soiled the seat. However, they paid $40 towards a cleaning. They get one star for a competitive rate and prompt delivery of tires.
