There's a reason it is crowded. The food is fantastic! They've won first prize in the national rib competition many times. A lousy restaurant is never crowded. The staff was wonderful about handling my food allergies. They gladly talked to the chef to make sure I didn't order anything with gluten in it. My salad was made separately so there were no crouton crumbs. Other restaurants just pick the croutons out and bring the same salad back to your table. My experience (many times) is that they went overboard to give good service along with their great food.
