Over the past 3 years, I have spent almost 2 thousand dollars on suits, shirts gift certificates and accessories here. Recently bought 3 suits for about $400. Less than 2 months later, one of the suits had buttons falling off the pants & coat. I carried the suit in to complain hoping they would offer to fix the buttons, since the suit had been worn about once per week and was obviously a one-time problem. The manager refused to offer any kind of satisfaction, said it was my problem since the purchase was over 30 days. I was extremely disappointed in the attitude displayed.
