I came in for a contact fitting and they sent me home with a trial pair. I didn't like the trial pair at all! After a couple of months I called 1-800 Doctors to reorder my new prescription from my new fitting. The Dr office said I didn't have a prescription and because it was more than 60 days after the fitting, I'd have to pay for ANOTHER fitting! This is absurd! I can't believe they didn't even write me a prescription and now they're going to charge me another $55 for a fitting I've already paid for! I am asking my insurance to retract the payment since I didn't get ANY SORT OF SERVICE and my insurance paid for the visit. Please do not go here, go ANYWHERE but here. Lens Crafters, the eyeglass store was very nice. In no way is this a reflection on the retail store. Just Dr. Jordan the Optometrist.
