they gave me wrong specs for the range hood I bought so I had to have my custom cabinets remade at additional cost. they denied their mistake, were rude, and totally unconcerned about the mistake they made. I bought a fireplace insert from them and they damaged it on install and I could not get them to fix or replace their damage. No concern for customers after the sale and dishonest
