My furnace went out that Parkey's had put in 4 years prior. Charged me $110 for the service call and said they'd call me first thing in the morning. They didn't bother and sent the guy out on another call to Black Forest. Wanted to charge me $425 for parts; it was two parts the night before, four when I called the next morning. I had someone else install one part for $210 and my furnace works fine. The Bryant rep will be coming out to see why Parkey's wanted to install 4 parts when it took one.
