Olson Tire is an honest and caring company.
Years ago I had bought tires from another tire place in Mt. Pleasant and a year or so after I bought them, it seemed like the tires were vibrating. I took the car back to the other place 3 times asking to have my tires rotated and explaining the vibrating (and you had to pay for rotations). On the third time, they finally told me, "Oh, your rim is bent, that is why you feel the vibration". I had custom rims that came with my car, and their solution was that I needed to purchase 4 new rims. Then I started going to Olson tire, and they right away suggested a local machine shop that could probably correct the bend in the rim.
I also had a bad caliper on one wheel a while ago that Muffler man (since I was living 3 hours away from Mt. Pleasant) said I had to replace BOTH sides of brake pads, roters AND calipers to correctly fix the problem - quoted at around $900.
