Terrible Customer Service Experience 12/4/2009

I had a very small personal account with B of A for years... my other accounts were with another bank. I liked B of A online BILL PAY much much better... so thought I'd switch. For my corp account, I was told it would be free (like where I was previously)... of course it was not.. the charged me a monthly fee. *** closed *** My Trust account was a complete nightmare to set up. The person that helped me gave me their business card... I called and got someone else's extension... i tried again and left a message to have them have the ""right"" person call me back... never did. I called again, got a hold of someone... they gave me ""the correct"" extension... called it, and it was someone else!!! Left a message, no call back. week has passed... I call the bank direct number.. what do I get? B of A corp... they had their phones set up to automatically go to the corp office. This is exactly what I DON'T want in a branch. as a whole B of A is fine... I do love their Bill Pay, and I kept my trust... this rating is specific to the branch. :-( Cons: poor customer service more
