I would review this hospital carefully 12/9/2009

I had a dog and a cat grow tumors at vaccination injection sights. \r \r The dog had been clipped. When I brought him home, I noticed a golf ball sized growth under his skin on his right-side hind leg. It was very noticable and no one at the hospital had offered to look at it or call me before I picked him up to see if I wanted a biopsy. When I brought him back in, I scheduled a biopsy but he passed away before the appointment. \r \r The cat had the same issue on his right-side hind leg and had the leg amputated by the hospital. They did not get all of the cancer and it was very aggressive. He passed away four months later. \r \r When I asked about the two cases possibly being related and how I could avoid it in the future, Dr. Jennings replied, ""It is very commn for animals to get cancer at vaccination injection sights."" My family has owned animals as long as I have been alive and have always brought our animals to get vaccinations in veterinary hospitals in New England and NEVER had this situation happen. Who supplies the vaccinations for this hospital? Don't you think that if this is a common occurrance that the veterinarians would look for another supplier? \r \r This does not make any sense to me. Seek a second opinion before using this hospital's services. Pros: Fast appointments Cons: Not very conscientious more
