Not knowing anything about your animal hospital, I called with a little hesitency (I love Los Altos Animal Hospital). The friendly receptionist calmed my reservation; she was sympathetic and knowledgeable.
So, off we went to Crossroads. The directions were perfect, so we arrived in good time. Walking in the door, the receptionist was very attentive to Quincy. Of course, any mother is pleased when someone is kind to her child!
We did not have to stay in the front room very long (unlike the experience with most human doctors). It was fun to have the video; it took my mind off Quincy's problem.
