They have no clue or bother to look up Factory Recommended Service Intervals. Instead they always try to sell me everything from an air filter to all kinds of unneeded flushes. They would rather sell you a flush than fix what you brought it in for. I am a firm believer in following what the Factory Engineers recommend for my vehicle in the way of service, not someone on commission. Even a simple NC Inspection takes forever and they come back with a long list of stuff I "need" They even tried to sell me a new air filter that was only 4 months old. I do not recommend them unless you like to be sold LOTS of things you DO NOT need.
