Let's wrap this up in one word....Slumlords.........If I had this to do all over again, I would never have moved in. I have been here for 3 years, and to be honest, it is just getting worse. Initially the management (Stephanie or Stacey, I can't remember her name as she would avoid all issues) was nonexistent. Calls would go unanswered and visits to the office resulted in doors being closed in our faces. There was a 6 month time or so that an Amy worked there and she was professional and would attempt to help us. Now there is a Rochelle and Jennifer, and they are incredibly rude and completely unprofessional. Someone stated that they are dismissive, and that is a great adjective. They do not want to handle issues and will give you an attitude (no matter how polite and professional you are) when you ask a question or submit a work order. With this lousy track record of management, I think Morgan Properties trains their staff to be rude, unprofessional, and ineffective.
