This company always picks up on time but the delivery is something else.
I've been using Port Jersey Shipping for the last three years sending boxes to Cebu City, Philippines.
In the three years none of my shipments have arrived on time. Shame on me for giving them a chance.
I recently sent four boxes to Cebu City for Christmas.
I met their pick up date on time. I was told it would take 45 days to reach Manila. Than an additional 2 weeks to clear customs. Than the boxes will be shipped to Cebu City, Philippines.
They Promised me that my boxes will be there in plenty of time for Christmas. Oh yea, it's only an hour flight from Manila to Cebu and 8 hours by row boat.
Well here it is December 24 in the Philippines and Guess where my boxes are. Yup, still in Manila and I was told buy there customer service rep. that it will still be another two weeks.
They have no explanation of the problem.
I've been calling for the last three weeks and they keep telling me they will email them than contact me, which they never do.
So the Christmas tree I sent my wife's family will not be
standing. The lights and ornaments will not be on the tree and the gifts will not be under it. WHY, because there still in Manila.
Soooo,I recommend if you are thinking about shipping anything abroad and you need it there on time.THINK TWICE before using Port Jersey Shipping. If I had three hands I'd give them three thumbs down.
