Called them up around 8AM to get a water pipe which broke in my front lawn (At this point I have no access to water in my home), they quotes me as saying they'll be here between 10AM and 5 PM, so I took the day off work to wait. By 6PM no one stopped by, so I called up the technician and apparently there was a water heater leak in someones house and that took priority over my problem. So I rescheduled for the very next day and he quoted me at 8AM-9AM. Well it's 11AM right now so I called up the company, apparently their boss' house sprung a leak and (as I quote), ""That's using up all of our manpower"". Absolutely horrifying experience and 36 hours without water.?
Cons: Terrible service, boss priority
