Service man came out and spent one hour before telling me that I needed a new ""light engine"". He could not find one so he told me he would check back the next day. He never called. I tried calling twice and was never called back. As it turns out, it was to my benefit as another repairman just had to re-initialize the ""eprom"". This could have been a $500 mistake.
