I came to this store because I was told by my local store that they had the product I was looking for and even though I had to make a 20 mile drive to the store it seemed worth it.Before making the trip, I called the store first to ensure they had it actully in stock. I was very specific about the one I was looking for, as there were 2 of the same kind, one with accesseries included. I did ask 3 different times in our sonversation and I was asured that yes she had it was holding it for me with my name on it. So I drove to the store, waited in a 20 min line, told the associate why I was there and he came with the wrong product. I explained that I was not needing that one, I was told that u have the one with the included accessories, he then turned to the customer service rep that took my call and she said sorry that's all we have, with a very flippit I don't really care voice and facial expression. Needless to say I put back the other items I had intended to buy, nearly $600 worth of items, because I felt like I was treated terribly and chose not to spend a dime in this store. I then called tried to tell the service manager and he didn't really want to hear about and had intension of doing anything about it, didn't ask for the persons name or make any offers to me. Needless to say I will not bother going to this store, nor will I recommend it to anyone I remotely care for. more
