I had an issue with the invoice and warranty coverage at the time my unit was repaired. After the holidays Mr. Bean, without my contacting him or the company and told me my invoice was wrong. He apologized for the error and inconvenience and corrected the invoice. In the end they fixed the furnace and a problem with a customer that may have been more difficult. more
