Went with a group of 8 friends for dinner on a Saturday night in December. The service was great! we were seated right on time for our reservation and served speedily and capably. We ate the range of the menu from filet mignon to etouffee to blackened grouper. Everything was excellent!! The dessert menu leaves a lot to be desired but, honestly, after the excellent meal of generous portions...who needed dessert? I was comparing the evening to ""Heaven on Seven"" a Chicago area Cajun restaurant I've tried a few times - Knotty Pine is my favorite - hands down!
Pros: Outstanding food and atmosphere
Cons: a bit pricey / cigarette smoke
